frandevinney.com is the home for designer, Fran Devinney. I am a New Media Designer, based in New York City. I have been working professionally since graduating in 2005 with a BS in Digital Design from Philadelphia University. Mainly working in web design, my skills reach into programming, animation, graphic design and broadcast design. I have a strong belief that design should be a balance between the visually stimulating and the functionally sound.
